Since opening our doors in 2017, we've brought the bold, vibrant flavors of the Caribbean to life—right on your plate.

Our restaurant is a celebration of island culture, featuring a rich blend of cuisines from Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana. From fiery jerk chicken and savory oxtail to roti, curry goat, and flying fish, every dish is crafted with authentic spices, traditional recipes, and a whole lot of love.

Prudence Gordon – Chef, Co-Owner

Prudence Gordon’s love for food began early, sparked by childhood memories of family meals and a growing curiosity in the kitchen.

In the 1990s and early 2000s, she found inspiration in the Food Network, spending countless hours watching cooking shows and absorbing culinary techniques from some of the world’s most beloved chefs.

Over the years, what started as a passion became a purpose. In 2018, she took a leap of faith and opened her very own Caribbean restaurant—bringing her vision, heritage, and heartfelt flavors to the table.

Today, Prudence continues to share her love of food with every dish, staying true to her roots and the joy that first lit her culinary spark.
